On or about August 10, 2017, 2340282 Ontario Inc., carrying on business as FlightHub Inc., violated paragraph 135.8(1)(b) of the Air Transportation Regulations by advertising an air service on the website www.theweathernetwork.com and not setting the point of origin and whether the air service is one-way or return.
